The Fred Hotel is the first hotel in Zurich to rely on the help of a service robot. The new team member is called “BellaBot” and amazes young and old alike.

Anyone entering the restaurant area of the Fred Hotel Zürich is now welcomed by more than just our service staff. The service robot "BellaBot" is now also part of the team. Quietly and deftly, the column-like machine with digital face and little ears carries dishes and meals from the kitchen to the restaurant area.

Everyday helper with a wow effect

Fred Tschanz AG was able to gain initial experience with the innovative technology at the gourmet journey The5, where the service robot was previously in operation. The specific goals of using the service robot are progress in health management and more time for interaction with guests. The latter are delighted with the service robot - in particularly children.
