Since the beginning of the year, 35-year-old Adrian Achermann has been leading the kitchen team at ODEON.
The up-and-coming chef has experience from award-winning star restaurants around the globe: from South Africa to Taiwan to England and Scandinavia, where he cooked for the Princess of Denmark. His speciality is refined Italian cuisine.
Despite his international career, the Berne-born chef is down-to-earth: he spent two years of his exciting life on an alp to learn how to make cheese.
